k i've been around boards of different sorts for a long time but i admit i am at a loss at the moment.

i'm interested in creating a character here but i cant find the 'races' or 'occupations' section of the board - i've seen it mentioned in the character creation thing but it is impossible to find.

if anyone would care to help the n00b to the board, i'd appreciate it greatly

Overview

Hey administraters, I'd just like to call your attention to the Thirsty Herald for a moment. I was just curious as to what we could do with it, since it has been mod-less for a couple of months now. Those of us in it have been passing some ideas around, but haven't really done anything. I'd hate see it die, since it's a place for everyone to role play without having to join a story.

Anyway, we were just wondering what to do. If no one was willing to mod it, could we just control Twen?...

Hey guys, Capher was sick and I do not know of his current condition but he has been gone for quite some time now and there were only about three to maybe four people who were trying to actively hold things together until he came back, we have apparently failed miserably. I believe we need a mod or something done with the Voldar Thread. Thanks for the attention.

I don't know if it's just for me, but ezboard has been acting very queer lately. Cutting off parts of the page that should be there, displaying the wrong amount of posts per page (completely at random too, I've checked my settings repeatedly) and even the old pages of the OOC seem to have vanished for me!

Perhaps this is just something wrong with my computer? I run a very old Windows 95 and IE 5.0 (and don't tell me to get Firefox... I've tried, it won't work on here) but was just...

I've noticed recently that the time stamps on the RP board and dev board do not match, as in this post is at 00:05 here but would be 1:05 on the dev board. Since 00:00 used to be at 6pm EST time (its 7pm now), I believe the RP board is the one in error.

I have been giving the matter alot of thought, and I would like to say that I disagree heartily on the outright ban of all druid characters at this point in time. I know that they are not fully developed, each order lacking an entry. But at the same time nothing in this world is fully developed, and i believe that druids are at this point developed enough to be played by players. I have a question for the Admins. For example, if you have a character already approved, but you want something to happen to it, say, a spell put on it or a potion thrown at it and it changes you in some way; is that allowed, or do you have to put that in your CD and have to go through the whole process of getting it approved?

The change would only be as long until a cure could be found, and only stay in the storyline in which the original character started in.

Where did it go! I was going to look up an age for an elderly Elf for Kar's history, but when I clicked on it's bookmark, I got directed to something saying that the site didn't exist on Shaw Webspace. I used the link in Kali's siggy as well and got directed to the same page.

I was in the IRC channel and Pikel tried it as well. Nothing. We prolly should get this fixed ASAP, especially if we have another wave of newbies that are Elves.
